摘要
针对地铁车站站台门与列车间隙过大的问题,设计研发了防踏空自动伸缩踏板装置,用于替代传统的防踏空梳齿状弹性胶条,该装置实现了伸缩踏板与站台门、信号系统、列车车门的安全配合,解决了列车因行驶摆动与弹性胶条相撞或刮擦而受损的安全隐患,很好地保证了地铁运营的安全。
In view of the problem that the gap between the platform door and the train is too large,an automatic expansion pedal device is designed and developed to replace the traditional comb shaped elastic rubber strip.The device realizes the safety cooperation between the expansion pedal and the platform door,the signal system and the train door,and solves the hidden danger of damage caused by the collision or scratch between the running swing and the elastic rubber strip of the train,which is very good to ensure the safety of subway operation.
