乡村振兴战略研究中应避免的若干“误区”——基于现代化视角的思考

Some Misunderstandings in the Study of Rural Revitalization Strategy: Reflections in the Perspective of Modernization

当前乡村振兴战略研究中存在一些常见的"误区"。在理论视角上,从情怀而非现代化的客观规律来思考乡村振兴,把农民视作当然的弱者,试图重构田园牧歌式的乡村社会。在战略定位上,缺乏对现阶段乡村发展方位的准确思考,看少了乡村的付出,看低了乡村的现实,看高了乡村的未来。在发展路径上,延续城乡分割的老路。这一系列错误倾向在理论界和社会舆论中均较为普遍,其根源在于孤立地静止地看待乡村社会,延续城乡分割的传统视角,忽视了现代化发展的一般规律。

There are some common misunderstandings in the study of rural revitalization strategy,which find expression in the following.From the theoretical perspective,rural revitalization is considered from the emotional perspective rather than from the objective law of modernization while trying to reconstruct an idyllic rural society,and farmers are regarded as the inborn weak.In terms of strategic positioning,there is a lack of accurate assessment of the current rural development orientation,and an incorrect understanding of the contribution of the farmers and the reality and the future of the rural areas.There is still the traditional urban and rural division as for the development orientation.These wrong ideas are fairly popular among some theorists and the public,whose causes are related to the interpretation of the rural society isolatedly while following the traditional perspective of urban-rural division,and the ignorance of the general rules of modern development.
