摘要
利用工艺矿物学,研究了云南某硅钙质胶磷矿,确定了浮选的最佳磨矿细度和浮选工艺。针对该矿石低磷、高硅、高镁的特征,选择硫-磷混酸作为抑制剂、HM-02作为脱镁捕收剂,WH-04作为脱硅捕收剂,进行了磷矿脱镁、脱硅双反浮选工艺研究。结果表明,反浮选脱镁,脱镁精矿浆旋流分级,分级后的细粒级脱镁精矿再反浮选脱硅的双反浮选闭路流程工艺,分级粗粒级脱镁精矿和脱硅精矿合并为最终精矿,可获得P2O5质量分数为28.42%,MgO质量分数为1.08%,P2O5回收率为87.95%的磷精矿。选矿指标良好,能实现低品位磷矿磷灰石与脉石矿物的有效分离;取得的脱镁、脱硅磷精矿,能满足酸法加工用磷矿石要求。
This article mainly uses process mineralogy to study a certain siliceous colloidal phosphate rock in Yunnan,and determines the best grinding fineness and flotation technology for flotation.In view of the low phosphorus,high silicon,and high magnesium characteristics of the ore,sulfur-phosphorus mixed acid was selected as the inhibitor,HM-02 as the demagnesization collector,and WH-04 as the desiliconization collector.Research on the desilication double reverse flotation process.The results show that reverse flotation demagnesia,demagnesia concentrate slurry cyclone classification,fine-grained demagnesia concentrate and then reverse flotation and desiliconization of double reverse flotation road slag process,grading coarse-grained desulfurization Magnesium concentrate and desilication essence are combined into the final essence.uI obtained P2O5 The mass fraction is 28.42%,the mass fraction of MgO is 1.08%,P2O5 the recovery rate is 87.95%of the phosphate concentrate.The beneficiation index is good,which can realize the effective separation of low-grade phosphate rock apatite and gangue minerals;the obtained demagnesium and desiliconized phosphate concentrate can meet the requirements of acid processing phosphate rock.
