城乡医疗卫生服务差距与居民幸福感——基于CGSS2015调查数据的实证分析

The Medical and Healthcare Service Gap between Urban and Rural Areas and Residents’ Happiness:Empirical Analysis Based on CGSS2015 Survey Data

将CGSS2015的微观调查数据与宏观经济数据进行匹配,采用二值Probit模型检验城乡医疗卫生服务差距对居民幸福感提升的影响。研究结果发现:城乡医疗卫生服务差距扩大将抑制居民幸福感提升,进一步采用Logit估计和滞后一期估计依然稳健显著;基于分组检验发现,城乡医疗卫生服务差距扩大主要抑制居住在农村或农业户口居民的幸福感,对居住在城市或非农业户口的居民幸福感影响不显著;进一步采用中介效应检验发现,城乡居民收入在城乡医疗服务非均等对居民幸福感影响作用中具有显著的中介效应。上述研究结论对统筹城乡发展和提升人民群众幸福感有重要借鉴意义.

By matching the micro survey data of CGSS2015 with macro-economic data,this paper uses the binary Probit model to test the impact of the urban-rural gap in medical and healthcare services on the improvement of residents’happiness.The results show that the widening gap between urban and rural medical and healthcare services will inhibit the improvement of residents’happiness,and further use of Logit estimation and lag one-stage estimation show that the result is still robust and significant.Based on the score of group test,the article finds that the expansion of the gap between urban and rural medical and healthcare services mainly inhibits the happiness improvement of residents living in rural areas or residents with rural household registration,while the impact is not significant on the happiness of urban residents or residents with non-agricultural household registration.Mediating effect test is used and the results show that the income gap between urban and rural residents plays a significant mediating role in the impact of the inequality of urban-rural medical and healthcare services on residents’happiness.The above research conclusions provide references for balancing urban-rural development and improving people’s happiness.
