交通基础设施建设、互联网发展对区域市场分割的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Transportation Infrastructure Construction and Internet Development on Regional Market Segmentation

具有网络效应的交通基础设施和互联网能否打破市场分割,目前还缺乏经验证据,以2000—2017年中国省级数据为样本,利用冰山成本模型和价格法测算了市场分割指数,构建动态空间杜宾模型分析了交通基础设施建设和互联网发展对市场分割的影响,研究发现:各地区之间"以邻为壑"的现象仍然存在,但是交通基础设施建设和互联网发展均能显著降低该地区的市场分割水平;不同阶段下交通基础设施建设和互联网发展的溢出效应有差异,从整体来看,二者的溢出效应不显著,但分阶段条件下后期的溢出效应显著;从区域异质性角度考察,发现交通基础设施建设和互联网发展对东、中部地区的作用显著,而对西部地区的作用不显著;在门槛效应方面,交通基础设施建设对市场分割存在双重门槛,而互联网发展对市场分割存在单一门槛。

There is no empirical evidence to show that the network effect caused by transportation infrastructure and the Internet can break market segmentation.This article takes the provincial data of China from 2000 to 2017 as samples,and uses the iceberg cost model and the price method to calculate the market segmentation index.A dynamic spatial Durbin model is constructed to analyze the impact of transportation infrastructure construction and Internet development on market segmentation.The study shows that:the phenomenon of"beggar-thy-neighbor"still exists,but both transportation infrastructure construction and Internet development can significantly reduce the level of market segmentation in the region;The spillover effects of transportation infrastructure construction and Internet development are different at different stages.On the whole,the spillover effects of them are not significant,but the effects are significant in the later stages;From the perspective of regional heterogeneity,it is found that the transportation infrastructure construction and Internet development have significant effects on the central and eastern regions,while the effect on the western region is insignificant.In terms of threshold effects,transportation infrastructure construction has double thresholds on market segmentation,while Internet development has single threshold on market segmentation.
