摘要
桂花是我国十大传统名花之一,有着“自是花中第一流”的美称,在植物造景、休闲游憩和饮食应用等方面都有着广泛的应用,形成了内涵丰富的桂花文化。本文基于感官审美视角,从视、嗅、味、听、触、意觉六个方面,对桂花的康养美学价值进行了深度探讨;从主食、菜肴、饮品、甜点小食等方面,对桂花的饮食文化应用进行了探究。在新时代健康文明生活方式构建过程中,应充分挖掘桂花康养美学价值,打造多感官体验景观;大力推进桂花饮食文化应用,开发桂花特色美食产品;积极拓宽桂花应用场景,打造专类康养体验空间。
Osmanthus is one of the top ten traditional flowers in China,with the reputation of“the first-class of flowers”.It has a wide range of applications in plant landscaping,leisure and diet,forming a rich connotation of osmanthus culture.Based on the perspective of sensory aesthetics,this paper discusses the health and aesthetic value of osmanthus from six aspects:sight,smell,taste,hearing,touch and sense.From main food,dishes,drinks,desserts and snacks,the food culture of osmanthus is explored.In the process of building a healthy and civilized lifestyle in the new era,we should fully explore the aesthetic value of osmanthus and create a multi-sensory experience landscape;vigorously promote the application of osmanthus food culture,develop osmanthus specialty food products;actively expand the application scene of osmanthus,create specialized health care experience space.
