新时代下社区公园建设的探索——以舟山定海城北湿地公园为例

随着“公园城市”理念的提出,生态文明城市建设有了新的探索,在“存量规划”的转型时代,城市有机更新将承载更大的使命。目前人民对美好生活的向往提出了更高的要求,社区公园建设不平衡的新矛盾日益凸显,如何在存量空间内利用有限的资源进行社区公园规划或改造成为城市建设必须面对的问题。本文以舟山定海城北湿地公园为主要研究对象,对新时代下居民对社区公园的需求进行深入分析与研究,并尝试进一步探索社区公园建设的方向和需求。

With the proposal of the concept of“Park City”,the construction of ecological civilization city has a new exploration and model.In the transformation era of“stock planning”,urban organic renewal will carry a greater mission.With people's yearning for a better life putting forward higher requirements and goals,the new contradiction of unbalanced construction of community parks has become increasingly prominent.How to use limited resources in the stock space for community park planning or transformation and upgrading has become a problem that urban construction must face.Taking Zhoushan Dinghai Chengbei Wetland Park as the main research object,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and Research on the needs of residents for community parks in the new era,and tries to further explore the direction and needs of community park construction in the new era.
