中医外治法治疗肩周炎的研究进展

Research progress of TCM external treatment of periarthritis of shoulder

肩周炎(PH)是一种肩关节周围软组织无菌性炎症引起的疾病,在中医中属“痹病”范畴,以肩关节周围疼痛、活动受限为主要症状,在骨科临床中较为常见。肩周炎一般具有自限性,可在1~3年内消退,然而部分患者可能继续发展成持久性症状。临床中对于肩周炎的中医外治有很多,针灸、小针刀、中药外敷、推拿、功能锻炼都被证明是行之有效的治疗方式,这些治疗方法便捷、安全,疗效显著,值得推广。笔者从肩周炎的病因病机、发病特点、治疗方法等方面总结肩周炎研究进展,对肩周炎的中医外治法进行总结和概括。

Periarthritis of shoulder(PH)is a kind of disease caused by aseptic inflammation of soft tissue around shoulder joint,which belongs to the category of“bi disease”in Chinese medicine.The main symptoms are pain and limited activity around shoulder joint,and it is more common in orthopaedic clinic.Periarthritis of shoulder is generally self-limiting and resolves within 1 to 3 years,although some patients may continue to develop persistent symptoms.There are many traditional Chinese medicine external treatment for shoulder periarthritis in clinic,acupuncture,small needle knife,Chinese medicine external application,massage,functional exercise have been proved to be effective treatment methods,these treatment methods are convenient,safe,significant effect,worth promoting.The author summarized the research progress of periarthritis of shoulder from the etiology,pathogenesis,characteristics and treatment methods,and summarized the external treatment of periarthritis of shoulder in traditional Chinese medicine.
