斑马鱼作为骨质疏松症动物模型的研究与进展

Research and progress of zebrafish as an animal model of osteoporosis

骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)是一种以低骨量和骨结构的破坏为特征的疾病,导致骨强度受损和骨折风险增加[1]。因其复杂而广泛的致病因素和逐年上涨的患病率,选择合适的动物模型来明确OP的致病机制以及快速有效的筛选潜在治疗药物是非常有必要的。本文就斑马鱼作为OP动物模型的优点、应用以及造模方法进行系统综述,以期为使用动物模型探究OP的机制及新药的研究提供新的思路。

Osteoporosis is a disease characterized by low bone mass and disruption of bone architecture,resulting in compromised bone strength and increased fracture risk[1].Because of its complex and extensive pathogenic factors and increasing prevalence rate year by year,it is very necessary to choose an appropriate animal model to clarify the pathogenic mechanism of osteoporosis and to screen potential therapeutic drugs quickly and effectively.This paper systematically reviews the advantages,applications and modeling methods of zebrafish as an animal model of osteoporosis,in order to provide new ideas for using animal models to explore the mechanism of osteoporosis and the research of new drugs.
