中药复方治疗肝肾阴虚型绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效及机制进展

The efficacy and mechanism of traditional Chin-esemedicine compound in the treatment of post-menopausal osteoporosis with liver and kidney yin deficiency type

为了分析肝肾阴虚型绝经后骨质疏松症(Postmenopausal Osteoporosis,PMOP)的中药复方作用机制及治疗现况,为临床上使用中医药治疗肝肾阴虚型PMOP提供参考。从中国知网(CNKI)检索自2010年以来公开发表于国内期刊关于中药复方治疗肝肾阴虚型PMOP的相关文献进行总结和归纳。发现中药治疗PMOP主要是通过调控RANKL/OPG、ERK/mTOR、JAK/STAT等信号通路,或是调控跟通路相关的基因,来达到调控成骨细胞及破骨细胞的生成,增加骨密度,改善骨代谢的目的。近年来,中医药治疗骨质疏松症取得了显著的进步,笔者就中药复方治疗肝肾阴虚型绝经后骨质疏松症为代表,阐述中医药防治绝经后骨质疏松症现状及对其研究进展进行综述。

In order to analyze the mechanism and treatment status of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription for postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)with deficiency of liver and kidney yin,and to provide reference for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PMOP with deficiency of liver and kidney yin.This paper summarizes and summarizes the relevant literature on the treatment of PMOP with liver and kidney yin deficiency by traditional Chinese medicine compound published in domestic journals since 2010 by CNKI.It is found that traditional Chinese medicine treatment of PMOP is mainly through the regulation of RANKL/OPG,ERK/mTOR,JAK/STAT and other signaling pathways,or the regulation of pathway-related genes,to achieve the regulation of osteoblast and osteoclast formation,increase bone density,improve bone metabolism.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has made remarkable progress in the treatment of osteoporosis.The author reviews the current situation and research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis represented by traditional Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with liver and kidney yin deficiency.
