目的:主要对三七的药理作用和在现代医学治疗中的临床使用进行总结概述。方法:通过查阅近年来三七相关的文献及期刊论文。结果:三七具有抗肿瘤细胞生长、降血压、抗动脉粥样硬化、散瘀止血、抗炎保肝、延缓衰老、改善学习记忆能力、增强机体免疫等药理作用,可以预防多种疾病的发生。结论:三七是一种传统天然中的珍贵药材,且在临床治疗应用上具有较高的治疗价值,药物的不良反应和毒副作用少,越来越受到人们的高度重视和使用。三七的诸多作用为今后的研究和应用提供了参考依据。

Objective:to provide a summary overview of the pharmacological effects of Panaxnotoginseng(Burk.)F.H.Chen and its clinical use in modern medical treatment.Methods:by reviewing the literature and journal papers related to Panaxnotoginseng in recent years.Results:Panaxnotoginseng has pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor cell growth,lowering blood pressure,antiatherosclerosis,dispersing blood stasis and stopping bleeding,anti-inflammatory and liver-protective,delaying aging,improving learning and memory ability,and enhancing body immunity,which can prevent the occurrence of many diseases.Conclusion:Panaxnotoginseng is a valuable herb in traditional natural and has high therapeutic value in clinical treatment applications with less adverse reactions and toxic side effects of the drug,which is increasingly highly valued and used by people.The many effects of Panaxnotoginseng ginseng provide a reference for future research and application.
