基于壮医“毒虚致病”论探讨胃痛

Discussion on stomachache based on the theory of“poison deficiency disease”in Zhuang medicine

人体内消化吸收的通道,壮医称为“谷道”(壮语称“条根埃”),主要为食道和胃肠。在壮医学里,胃痛被称为“胴尹”,属于“谷道疾病”范畴,其主要病因病机为毒邪内阻“三道两气”,致使人体通道堵塞,导致天地人三气无法同步运行,尤其影响“谷道”气机升降失调,进而使得咪胴(胃)受损而发病;或因虚致病,正气亏虚,使三道及相关脏腑功能的调节能力减退,致使咪胴(胃)失养,气结心下而引起近心窝处疼痛。壮医学创新性提出运用调气、解毒、补虚治则治疗胃痛。

The passage of digestion and absorption in the human body is called“Gu Dao”by Zhuang medicine(“Tiaogen Ai”in Zhuang language),mainly for the esophagus and gastrointestinal tract.In Zhuang medicine,stomach pain was known as“equator”,which belonged to the category of“cereal disease”.Its main cause was equator resistance and equator and equator disease,which caused the human body channel to be blocked,leading to the synchronous operation of Tianzhong and mainlandequator Qi,especially affecting the maligning of cereal and equator Qi,and then causing the immeasurable disease.Or because of deficiency disease,deficiency of Zhengqi,so that the three and related viscera function of the adjustment ability decreased,resulting in imimia(stomach),Qi knot heart and caused pain near the heart pit.Zhuang Medicine innovatively proposed the use of regulating qi,detoxifying and tonifying deficiency to treat stomachache.
