低比转速离心泵在除鳞系统中的运行控制

摘要 低比转速离心泵的性能曲线一般存在的驼峰,泵在小于驼峰点流量运行会造成气蚀、振动。根据除鳞系统是否带蓄能器,是否调速,最小流量阀和除鳞阀的开闭,除鳞预充水形式以及系统压力等运行工况,对除鳞系统的运行进行控制,使除鳞泵输出流量大于驼峰点的流量运行,以达到节能、降耗、稳定运行的目的。 The performance curve of the low specific speed centrifugal pump generally has a hump peak,and the pump will cause cavitation and vibration when the flow rate is less than the hump peak point.On the basis of operation conditions whether the descaling system is equipped with an accumulator or an variable speed regulation,Minimum flow valve and descaling valve open or close,as well as prefilling mode of descaling and system pressure,Control the operation of the descaling system.This proposal makes the descaling pump to operate at an output flow higher above the hump peak point value,thus to achieve purpose of energy saving,consumption reduction and operation stability of the whole descaling system.
