低比转速离心泵的性能曲线一般存在的驼峰,泵在小于驼峰点流量运行会造成气蚀、振动。根据除鳞系统是否带蓄能器,是否调速,最小流量阀和除鳞阀的开闭,除鳞预充水形式以及系统压力等运行工况,对除鳞系统的运行进行控制,使除鳞泵输出流量大于驼峰点的流量运行,以达到节能、降耗、稳定运行的目的。
