摘要
基于沥青路面上面层中常采用的三种级配类型,文章研究了高模量剂改性沥青混合料的性能,并对其具体应用效果进行了研究。试验结果表明,不同级配下沥青混合料的相关路用性能均随高模量剂的掺入有较好的提升;掺入高模量剂后,SMA-13级配沥青混合料在高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能与抗疲劳性能方面均要优于AC-13、Sup-13级配,但水稳定性能要弱于AC-13级配;综合路用性能与经济效益考虑,建议在SMA-13级配沥青混合料中,高模量剂的最佳掺量取0.6%。在沥青路面中使用掺高模量剂的SMA-13级配沥青混合料作为上面层后,实际应用效果优异。
Based on the three gradation types commonly used in the upper layer of asphalt pavement,this paper studies the performance of high modulus agent-modified asphalt mixture and its specific application effect.The test results show that the relevant road performance of asphalt mixtures under different gradations is improved with the addition of high modulus agent.After adding high modulus agent,SMA-13graded asphalt mixtures are superior to AC-13 and Sup-13graded asphalt mixtures in high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance,but its water stability is weaker than AC-13 gradation.Considering the road performance and economic benefit,it is suggested that the optimum dosage of high modulus agent should be 0.6%in SMA-13 graded asphalt mixture.After using SMA-13 graded asphalt mixture with high modulus agent as the upper layer in asphalt pavement,the practical application effect is excellent.
