护理质量敏感指标自动采集方案的构建与实施

Construction and Implementation of the Automatic Collection Scheme for Sensitive Indicators of the Nursing Quality

护理质量敏感指标作为护理质量的重点,主要是监测影响病情的护理服务并进行评价的标准,能持续改进护理工作质量。由于缺乏信息化支持,以前敏感指标数据收集均是护士每日手工上报,且存在漏报、瞒报情况,利用医院现有系统业务数据,制定了全院公共敏感指标及各科室的专科敏感指标内容,确定各敏感指标数据来源及算法,实现指标数据每日自动采集,缓解了护士压力,降低沟通成本,打通护理质量全过程,进而持续改进、提升护理质量。

As the key point of nursing quality,sensitive indicators of nursing quality are mainly used to monitor and evaluate the nursing service affecting the condition,which can continuously improve the quality of nursing work.Due to the lack of information support,in the past,the sensitive index data were collected manually by nurses every day,and there was a situation of omission and concealment.Therefore,used the existing system business data of the hospital,formulated the public sensitive indicators of the whole hospital and the contents of the specialized sensitive indicators of each department,determined the data sources and algorithms of each sensitive index,and realized the index data of each department daily automatic collection can relieve the pressure of nurses,reduce the communication cost,open up the whole process of nursing quality,and then continuously improve and enhance the quality of nursing.
