基于网络平台联合方案提高基层超声诊断能力的应用

The Application of Improving the Ability of Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Grass-roots Based on the Joint Scheme of Network Platform

目的:研究利用网络平台、专科联盟、标准化操作的联合方案实现提高喀什地区基层医院超声诊断能力。方法:搭建医学影像数字化平台,实现实时网络在线,建立专科联盟中心医院向基层单位提供实时指导,特聘名誉主任,制定操作规范手册及视频等联合方案;评估岳普湖县人民医院特检科方案实施前后每月超声门诊、住院检查量、阳性检查量、阳性率、符合率等指标的应用效果。结果:超声门诊检查量、住院检查量、总检查量(门诊+住院)、总阳性数、阳性率、符合率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实现了喀什地区第一人民医院与基层医院超声影像数据的共享和诊疗过程的协同。结论:利用网络平台、专科联盟、标准化操作的联合方案能够明显提高基层医院超声诊断水平,降低漏诊和重复检查带来的医疗费用并且推动分级诊疗,使患者受益。

Objective:To improve the ability of ultrasonic diagnosis of the grass-roots hospitals in Kashi by using the joint scheme of network platform,department alliance and standardized operation.Methods:The digital medical image platform is built,the real-time network is realized,the central hospital of department alliance is established to provide real-time guidance to grass-roots units,honorary directors are specially employed,the joint scheme of operation specification manual and video is developed;and the application effect of the number of ultrasound outpatients each month,the number of inpatient examinations,the number of positive examinations,positive rate,compliance rate and other indexes before and after the implementation of the special examination program of Yuepuhu County People’s Hospital is evaluated.Results:There are statistically significant differences in the number of ultrasound outpatient examinations,the number of inpatient examinations,total number of examinations(outpatient+inpatient),total number of positive cases,positive rate and compliance rate(P<0.05);and the sharing of ultrasound image data and the cooperation of diagnosis and treatment process between the First People’s Hospital of Kashi Prefecture and grass-roots hospitals are realized.Conclusion:The joint scheme of network platform,department alliance and standardized operation can significantly improve the level of ultrasonic diagnosis of grass-roots hospitals,reduce the medical costs caused by missed diagnosis and repeated examinations,promote hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and benefit patients.
