摘要
《中国英语能力等级量表》发布实施后,其对于教育体制内各学段、各类院校的外语教育的影响受到学界关注,但其对同样处在外语教育领域的培训机构的影响尚未得到充分分析。本研究借用公共政策分析中的"政策行为者三角"模型,初步厘清包括培训机构在内的政策各方关系、培训机构对于政策做出的响应,以及培训机构可能对于政策实施造成的影响。
Since China’s Standards of English Language Ability(CSE)was promulgated and implemented,researchers have shown great interest in its influence on foreign language education in most students of all categories of public educational institutions.However,the private training organizations,which are also in the field of EFL,have not been sufficiently analyzed.This research employs the basic triangle of policy actors of public policy analysis to preliminarily sort out the relationships between the actors,the responses of the training organizations,and the impacts they can have on the implementation of CSE.
