延边地区居家癌性疼痛患者心理控制源与睡眠质量关系的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of relationship between locus of control and sleep quality in home cancer pain patients in Yanbian area

[目的]探讨心理控制源对居家癌性疼痛患者睡眠质量的影响.[方法]选择符合纳入标准的273例居家癌性疼痛患者作为调查对象,采用自行设计的一般资料问卷和内控性、有势力他人及机遇量表、匹斯堡睡眠质量指数量表进行调查,分析心理控制源对居家癌性疼痛患者睡眠质量的影响.[结果]居家癌性疼痛患者睡眠质量得分为(10.46±4.64)分,内控性得分为(34.48±7.93)分,机遇得分为(28.43±6.93)分,有势力他人得分为(26.02±7.09)分;睡眠质量与内控性呈负相关,与有势力他人呈正相关(P<0.01);重度疼痛、中度疼痛、肿瘤转移、居住在农村、城镇居民医疗保险对居家癌性疼痛患者睡眠质量有影响,心理控制源有势力他人水平亦是主要影响因素.[结论]心理控制源有势力他人水平可影响居家癌性疼痛患者的睡眠质量.

OBJECTIVE T o investigate the effect of locus of control on sleep quality in patients with home cancer pain.METHODS A total of 273 patients with home cancer pain who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the investigation objects.A self-designed general data questionnaire,internality,powerful others and chance scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale were used to investigate and analyze the effect of locus of control on sleep quality of patients with home cancer pain.RESULTS The sleep quality score of patients with home cancer pain was(10.46±4.64),the internality score was(34.48±7.93),the chance score was(28.43±6.93),and the powerful others score were(26.02±7.09).Sleep quality was negatively correlated with internality and positively correlated with powerful others(P<0.01).Severe pain,moderate pain,tumor metastasis and medical insurance for rural and urban residents had an impact on the sleep quality of patients with home cancer pain,and the level of locus of control powerful others was also the main influencing factor.CONCLUSION The level of locus of control powerful others can affect the sleep quality of patients with home cancer pain.
