According to the process parameters of the active lime Rotary kiln,the process monitoring and control system chart is formulated,and the instrument automation process information submission task statement is formed.The electrical personnel will eventually provide the producers with a visual,user-friendly and editable operation interface system through software means.This paper emphasizes that the focus of instrument automation lies in the measurement and control of process thermal parameters,such as temperature,pressure,material level,flow rate,composition analysis,etc.
