新时代高校共青团思想引领工作路径探析

高校共青团是思想引领工作的主力军,做好思想引领这篇大文章,解决好"为谁培养人"这个大问题,是高校共青团工作的主责主业.探索构建以"信仰公开课"为依托,以新思想公开课、素养公开课、梦想公开课、青马公开课为4个教育主题,充分利用校、院、支部为3个层级的教育阵地,统筹协调线上、线下两种方式,以主题沙龙、思潮论辩、访谈分享、创新论坛等为表现形式的高校共青团思想引领工作新路径.信仰公开课以学生熟悉的语言、喜爱的形式使思想引领工作润物无声,教育和帮助青年树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观.

The Communist Youth League of colleges and universities is the main force of ideological guidance.To do a good job in this article and solve the big problem of"who to train people for"is the main responsibility of the work of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities.We will explore and build a college Communist Youth League based on"open faith course",with four educational themes:open new ideas course,open literacy course,open dream course and open youth horse course.We will make full use of three levels of education positions:school,college and branch,coordinate online and offline ways as a whole,and take theme salon,ideological debate,interview and sharing,and innovation forum as the forms of expression Thought leads the new way of work.The open faith course,in the form of familiar language and favorite form,makes the thought leading work silent,and educates and helps young people to establish correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.
