摘要
基于UTAUT2/TTF整合模型构建高校旅游专业教师虚拟仿真教学系统采纳意愿理论模型,通过对221份调查问卷的数据分析对模型相关假设进行验证。结果显示:绩效期望、享乐动机、习惯和个人创新性对系统采纳意愿产生直接的显著影响,而任务-技术匹配度、努力期望、主观规范、促进条件和技术焦虑对系统采纳意愿的直接影响不显著。此外,对任务-技术匹配度产生显著影响的因素当中,任务特征和技术特征呈正向影响,但是技术焦虑则呈现负向影响;个人创新性对绩效期望的影响显著,而技术焦虑则对努力期望的影响不显著。研究结论将为虚拟仿真教学系统在高校教学过程中的进一步推广提供理论指导。
Based on UTAUT2/TTF integrated model,a theoretical model of the Virtual Simulation.Teaching System(VSTS)'s adoption intention of college tourism teachers was constructed,and the relevant assumptions of the model were verified by analyzing the data of 221 questionnaires.The results show that performance expectancy,hedonic motivation,habit and personal innovativeness have direct and significant influence on the VSTS's adoption intention,while Task Technology Fit,effort expectancy,subjective norm,facilitating conditions and technology anxiety have no significant influence on VSTS's adoption intention.In addition,among the factors that have significant influence on the Task Technology Fit,task characteristics and technology characteristics have positive influence,but technology anxiety has negative impact.Personal innovativeness has significant influence on performance expectancy,while technology anxiety has no significant influence on effort expectancy.The conclusion will provide theoretical guidance for the further popularization of VSTS in college teaching practice.
