摘要
利用再生黏土砖粉作为生产蒸压砖的主要原料,通过正交试验研究了砖粉掺量、蒸压温度、水固比及土壤固化剂掺量对蒸压砖28 d抗压强度的影响。结果表明:各因素对蒸压砖28 d抗压强度影响的主次顺序为:土壤固化剂掺量>砖粉掺量>蒸压温度>水固比。按50%砖粉+30%砂+16%石灰+4%石膏+1%土壤固化剂,水固比0.14,蒸压温度175℃,制备的蒸压砖28 d抗压强度最高,达18.95 MPa,此时体积密度为1.82 g/cm^3,吸水率为17.88%。
Recycled clay brick powder was used as the main raw material for autoclaved brick production. Through orthogonal test,the effect of brick powder content,autoclaved temperature,water-solid ratio and soil solidifying agent content on the 28-day compressive strength of autoclaved brick was studied,and the influence significance of each factor on the 28-day compressive strength of autoclaved brick was soil stabilizer content > brick powder content > autoclaved temperature > water-solid ratio. Recy-cled clay brick powder autoclaved bricks with good physical performances were obtained based on the ratio of 50% brick powder+30% sand+16% lime+4% gypsum+1% soil solidifying agent,water-solid ratio of 0.14,autoclaved temperature of 175 ℃. The results of 28-day compressive strength test show that the compressive strength can reach 18.95 MPa,the volume density is 1.82 g/cm^3 and the water absorption rate is 17.88%.
