摘要
算法推荐为信息获取带来便利,但也隐含着信息过载和隐私泄露的问题,碎片化、泛娱乐化同时加剧了用户的精神消耗。为抵抗算法的异化,社交媒体中开始出现了“驯化”算法的呼吁。本文研究发现,在应对智能算法推荐时,以抖音为例的年轻使用者表现出“技术想象”“全效嵌入”“空间数字化”“日程媒介化”以及“人机共创”五个不同面向,他们会通过使用的态度与行为建构人机关系的平衡。智能媒介环境下的驯化是一种非线性的多维模式,用户在“使用—弃用—再使用”的循环中,虽然表现出一定的“犬儒主义”倾向,但是以人为本的“双向驯化”将推动人机关系向动态平衡方向变迁。
Algorithmic recommendation brings convenience for users to obtain information,but also implies the problems of information overload and privacy leakage.The fragmentation and pan-entertainment of the platform has intensified the mental consumption of users.To combat the risk of algorithm alienation,calls to"domesticating"algorithms have begun to appear in social media.Using qualitative research methods of in-depth interviews,this paper finds that algorithm users,taking Douyin users as examples,show"Technical imagination","Full-effect embedding","Spatial digitization","Agenda mediation"and"Human-machine co-creation"in five different orientations,and express the significance of users in constructing a human-machine balance relationship from different perspectives.From this,it is found that domestication in the environment of intelligent media is a nonlinear multi-dimensional model.Although users show a certain tendency towards"cynicism"in the cycle of"usediscard-reuse",the"two-way domestication"of the human-centred approach brings the human organism of media evolution into a dynamic balance.
