From Media Skills to Intellectual Media Values:Ascending Media Literacy in the Age of Intellectual Media

目前,媒介素养的培育路径日益凸显出浓厚的“重器”色彩。随着智媒时代的到来,个体面临着媒介环境新变、技术双向变革和自身全面发展的新境遇,以往从媒介技能角度促进媒介素养跃升的路径已经不再适用于智能传播这一人类传播的新形态。作为媒介世界的“通行证”,媒介素养的升维发展亟须迈向价值观的高度。媒介素养与媒介价值观之间存在天然的逻辑构成,媒介素养是媒介价值观的外化形式,媒介价值观是媒介素养的内化中枢。智媒价值观是涵盖低阶媒介技能、中阶媒介意识和高阶媒介行为的综合体,其对于和谐社会建设、净化媒介环境和个体主体性彰显具有独到的效能。

At present,the path of media literacy cultivation has increasingly highlighted the strong color of“weighted tools”.With the advent of the intelligent media era,individuals are faced with new changes in the media environment,two-way technological changes and their own comprehensive development,and the previous path of promoting media literacy from the perspective of media skills is no longer applicable to intelligent communication,a new form of human communication.As a“passport”to the media world,media literacy needs to be upgraded to the level of values.There is a natural logic between media literacy and media values.Media literacy is the externalized form of media values,and media values are the internalized hub of media literacy.Media values in the age of intellectual media are a combination of lower-order media skills,middle-order media awareness and higher-order media behaviors,which are uniquely effective in the construction of a harmonious society,the purification of the media environment and the manifestation of individual subjectivity.
