摘要
我国媒体如何构建"一带一路"的中国话语,并使之获得有效传播以及国际社会的认同,进而达成"民心相通",是建构中国对外话语体系有效机制所需要进一步探索的问题。媒体对于这一政治性话语的建构和解读关系着中国理念、中国形象的全球传播。通过视频话语分析和符号分析发现,我国媒体制作的"一带一路"视频将该倡议置于深刻的历史语境,视频话语构建呈现多元主体参与的趋势,表达形式也由单一文字向文本、图片、微视频、Flash动画、H5、直播等多模态转化,提高了抵达普通民众的传播致效性,同时也呈现出政治性话语的泛娱化传播现象。媒介通过多个表层视觉符号的传播体现出"经济腾飞""合作""幸福"三个深层次的语义内涵。
The way that China’s media construct the Chinese discourse of"the Belt and Road",and effectively disseminate it thus gaining the recognition of the international community and achieving the goal of"people-to-people bond"needs to be further explored in constructing an effective mechanism for China’s international discourse system.The media’s construction and interpretation of this political discourse is related to the global dissemination of China’s global governance philosophy and image.It was found that the"the Belt and Road"videos produced by Chinese media place the initiative in a profound historical context.The construction of video discourse presents a trend of participation by multiple subjects.The expression form has also transformed from single text to multi-modality combined with text,pictures,micro-videos,Flash animation,H5,and live broadcasting,improving the effectiveness of communication to reach the ordinary people,while presenting the phenomenon of panentertainment communication of political discourse.The media embodies the three deep semantic connotations of"economic take-off","cooperation"and"happiness"through the dissemination of multiple superficial visual symbols.
