VR环境下认知追踪关键技术综述

摘要 深入探讨了虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)环境中的认知评估关键技术,综合分析了现有的认知追踪技术如何提升认知评估的精确度和效率。首先,审视了当前VR环境中进行认知评估的效果与局限性,讨论了运用VR技术进行认知评估的理论支撑和潜在应用价值。随后,详细剖析了若干核心技术点,包括:VR环境下的认知评估数据采集技术(特别是多模态数据的捕获与同步),包括VR系统自身数据、生理信号监测、行为表现以及心理反应等;VR环境下的认知评估数据分析技术,涵盖统计分析方法和机器学习算法;认知追踪的关键技术,包括传统方法、基于深度学习的技术,以及强调可解释性的认知追踪手段。最后,探讨了在VR环境中实施认知追踪时所面临的技术挑战和未来的发展趋势,如增强系统的用户体验、确保数据的安全性及隐私保护等。本研究展示了VR技术在认知评估领域的广阔应用前景,并且为该领域的技术进步提供了理论基础和实践指南。 With the rapid development of information technology,virtual reality(VR)technology has shown unique advantages in cognitive tracking because of its immersive and interactive characteristics.This paper explores and summarizes the key technologies of cognitive assessment in VR environment and the existing key technologies of cognitive tracking,and further analyzes how these technologies improve the accuracy and efficiency of cognitive assessment.First,we review the effects and limitations of cognitive assessment in the current VR environment,and explain the theoretical basis and potential application value of VR technology for cognitive assessment.Then,this research focuses on the following key technologies:First,data acquisition technology for VR environmental cognitive evaluation,that is,multi-modal data acquisition and synchronization technology,including eye tracking,physiological signal monitoring,behavioral performance and psychological data;Second,data analysis technology for VR environment cognitive evaluation,including statistical analysis technology and machine learning technology;Third,key technologies of cognitive tracking,including traditional cognitive tracking technology,deep learning cognitive track-ing technology and interpretable cognitive tracking technology.Finally,the paper discusses the technical challenges and future directions of cognitive tracking in VR environments,such as improving user friendliness of the system and ensuring data security and privacy protection.Our research confirms the application potential of VR technology in the field of cognitive assessment and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the subsequent development of related technologies.
