摘要
通过检测模型组织活力、组织形态、炎症因子IL-1α和TNF-α的变化评估芦荟花提取物样品的抗炎功效。研究结果表明,库拉索芦荟花提取物在质量分数5%的工作浓度时,能显著提升模型的组织活力,对模型活细胞数目减少、排列疏松等现象有明显改善作用;同时库拉索芦荟花提取物在质量分数5%的工作浓度下表现出对IL-1α的显著降低作用,即有一定的抗炎功效;库拉索芦荟花提取物在质量分数5%的工作浓度下对TNF-α的产生无明显影响,证明库拉索芦荟花提取物在化妆品应用中具备潜在的抗过敏功效。
The anti-inflammatory effect of Aloe vera flower extract was evaluated by detecting the changes of tissue vitality,morphology,inflammatory factors IL-1αand TNF-α.The results showed that Aloe vera flower extract at mass fraction of 5%working concentration could significantly enhance the tissue vitality of the model,significantly improve the number of living cells and loose arrangement of the model;at the same time,Aloe vera flower extract at mass fraction of 5%working concentration showed an decreasing effect on IL-1α.The sample Aloe Vera flower extract had no significant effect on TNF-αproduction at the same working concentration,which proved that Aloe vera flower extract had potential anti-allergic effect in cosmetic applications.
