血清NSE,NF-L,s100β与急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度的关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨分析血清神经元特异性烯醇化醇(NSE),神经丝蛋白L(NF-L),s100β蛋白(s100β)水平与急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度的相关性。方法选取2017年2月-2019年10月到商丘市第一人民医院治疗的急性脑梗死患者135例为研究组,选取同时期入医院进行健康体检者122例为对照组,检测并对比2组血清中NSE,NF-L,s100β水平;神经功能缺损程度采用神经功能缺损(NIH Stroke Scale,NIHSS)量表评定,对比研究组中不同神经功能缺损程度的患者血清中NSE,NF-L,s100β水平;采用Pearson相关性分析法探讨研究组血清NSE,NF-L,s100β水平与急性脑梗死患者NIHSS评分的相关性。结果研究组患者血清NSE,NF-L,s100β水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中度缺损组和重度缺损组血清NSE,NF-L,s100β水平高于轻度缺损伤组,且重度损伤组血清NSE,NF-L,s100β水平高于中度损伤组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清NSE,NF-L,s100β水平与NIHSS评分呈正相关(r=0.909、0.823、0.730,P=0.000、0.000、0.000)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清NSE,NF-L,s100β水平存在异常变化,且血清NSE,NF-L,s100β水平与NIHSS评分呈显著正相关。 Objective To explore and analyze aboutthecorrelation between neuron specific enolase(NSE),neurofilament protein L(NF-L),protein s100β(s100β)levels in serum and the degree of neurological impairment in patients whounderwentacute cerebral infarction.Methods From February 2017 to October 2019,135 patients with acute cerebral infarction who admitted tothe first People's hospital of Shangqiuwere selected as the study group and 122 volunteers who were admitted to the hospital for healthy physical examination during the same periodwere selected as control group.The levels of NSE,NF-L,and s100βin serum in the two groups were measured and compared.The degree of neurological deficits was assessed by NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS),and the levels of NSE,NF-L,and s100βin serum of patients with different degrees of neurologic impairment in the study group were compared.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between NSE,NF-L,s100βlevels in serum of study group and NIHSS score of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Results The levels of NSE,NF-L,s100βin serum ofpatientsin the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of NSE,NF-L,s100βin serum in moderate coloboma group and severe coloboma group in the study groupwere higher than those in mild coloboma group,and the levels of NSE,NF-L,s100βin serum of the severe coloboma group were higher than those in moderate coloboma group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were positive correlations between NSE,NF-L,s100βin serum and NIHSS score(r=0.909,0.823,0.730,P=0.000,0.000,0.000).Conclusion There are abnormal changes of the levels of NSE,NF-L,s100βin serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction,andthe levels of NSE,NF-L,and s100βwere significantly and positively correlated with NIHSS score.
