浅谈麻醉护理一体化管理模式麻醉恢复室中的应用效果

Talking about the application effect of anesthesia nursing integrated management mode in anesthesia recovery room

目的探讨麻醉护理一体化管理模式麻醉恢复室中的应用效果。方法选取新乡市中心医院2017年6月~2018年3月期间收治的麻醉手术治疗患者80例作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将所选对象分为对照组、观察组,其中观察组患者实施麻醉护理一体化管理措施,对照组患者实施常规护理措施。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、差错事件发生情况、平均交接时间及护理满意度情况以及出手术室时生命体征状态。结果观察组患者并发症总体发生率为2.5%,对照组患者并发症总体发生率为22.5%,明显高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组患者交接时间、差错事件及护理满意度评分结果均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者出手术室时血压、心率、活动力以及意识得分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻醉护理一体化管理模式在麻醉恢复室运用不仅能降低患者并发症发生率,还有助于降低平均交接时间、差错事件发生,改善患者出手术室后的生命体征状态,提升患者护理满意度,在临床护理实践中具有较佳的推广价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of anesthesia nursing integrated management mode in anesthesia recovery room.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing anesthesia surgery in Xinxiang Central Hospital from June 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects.The selected subjects were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.Patients in the observation group implemented integrated management measures for anesthesia and nursing,and patients in the control group performed routine nursing measures.The complication rate,the occurrence of error events,the average handover time,and the satisfaction degree of nursing and the status of vital signs when leaving the operating room were compared between two groups of patients.Results The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.5%,and the overall incidence of complications in the control group was 22.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The handover time,error events,and nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were all better than the control group(P<0.05).Blood pressure,heart rate,activity,and consciousness score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the integrated management mode of anesthesia care in the anesthesia recovery room can not only reduce the incidence of complications of patients,but also reduce the average handover time and the occurrence of error events,improve the vital signs of patients after leaving the operating room,and improve patient care satisfaction.It has better promotion value in clinical nursing practice.
