Survey of physical and mental feelings on pediatric medical staff in the epidemic period of COVID-19

目的了解NCP流行期间儿科系统医护人员的身心感受,为做好儿科体系人员心理干预提供理论依据。方法采用突发公共卫生事件调查量表共27个条目,5个维度,对本院468名儿科体系医护人员进行问卷调查。收集468份问卷进行SPSS 23.0软件统计学分析相关数据。结果 5个维度中抑郁人数统计:已婚人员较未婚人员明显P=0.021,工作年限>10年人群中抑郁明显P=0.035;神经衰弱组已婚人员比未婚人员明显P=0.037;恐惧人员男性比女性恐惧要强烈,其中30-39岁人员评分最高,其次是40岁以上者,年龄越大越明显P=0.008;强迫—焦虑组已婚人员评分明显高于未婚人员P=0.040。疑病各组之间没有明显差异。结论受NCP疫情的影响儿科医护人员的心理:抑郁、神经衰弱、恐惧、强迫—焦虑在已婚人员、男性年龄>30岁医生人群中表现更为明显。针对这个群体建议尽早进行适时的心理干预,降低心理危机的发生率。

Objective To understand the physical and psychological feelings of medical staff in the pediatric system during the NCP epidemic, and to provide a theoretical basis for psychological intervention of pediatric staff. Methods A total of 27 items and 5 dimensions were used to survey on 468 pediatric medical staff in our hospital. 468 questionnaires were collected for statistical analysis of SPSS 23.0 software. Results Statistics of the number of depression in the five dimensions: the number of married people was significantly higher than that of unmarried people(P = 0.021), and the number of working years was significantly higher than that of unmarried people(P = 0.035);the number of married people in neurasthenia group was significantly higher than that of unmarried people(P = 0.037);the fear of men was stronger than that of women, and the score of 30-39-year-old people was the highest, followed by those over 40-year-old people, and the older the person was, the more obvious P = 0.008;the forced anxiety group married people P =0.040. There was no significant difference between groups. Conclusion The influence of NCP on the psychology of paediatric medical staff: depression, neurasthenia, fear, obsessive-compulsive anxiety are more obvious in the married people and the doctors whose male age is more than 30 years old. In view of this group, it is suggested to carry out timely psychological intervention as soon as possible to reduce the incidence of psychological crisis.
