摘要
为探究白星花金龟(Protaetia brevitarsis Lewis)幼虫对不同农业有机废弃物的转化力,发挥其净化环境、变废为宝的作用。开展了白星花金龟2龄、3龄幼虫转化处理腐熟沼渣、平菇菌糠、猪粪、牛粪、玉米秸秆、玉米秸秆∶牛粪=1∶3、玉米秸秆﹕牛粪=1∶1、玉米秸秆∶牛粪=3∶1共8种饲料转化力的研究,取食10d后分别从累计增重量、累计取食量、累计排粪量判断其幼虫的转化力;从饲料利用率、虫体转化率、虫粪转化率、近似消化率等指标比较其幼虫的转化率。结果表明,白星花金龟2龄幼虫对猪粪饲料基的累计取食量最高,且饲料利用率达76.97%;白星花金龟3龄幼虫对牛粪饲料基的累计取食量最高,饲料利用率为73.55%。玉米秸秆与牛粪按不同比例混配后,白星花金龟2龄、3龄幼虫对玉米秸秆∶牛粪=1∶3饲料基的累计取食量、饲料利用率、虫体转化率、虫粪转化率均相对较高。总体上看,3龄幼虫较2龄幼虫的消化率高,而利用率、转化率普遍较低。可以得出,白星花金龟幼虫对8种农业有机废弃物饲料都具有较好的转化力。
In order to systematically explore the transformation power of different agricultural organic wastes by the larvae of Protaetia brevitarsis Lewis,and to give full play to its role in purifying the environment and turning waste into treasure.The conversion power of eight kinds of feed,such as saprophytic biogas residue of the 2 nd instar larva and the 3 rd instar larva of Protaetiabrevitarsis,oyster mushroom,pig dung,cow dung,corn stalk,corn stalk∶cow dung=1∶3,corn stalk∶cow dung=1∶1,corn stalk∶cow dung=1∶1.The transformation force of the larvae was determined from the cumulative weight gain,cumulative food intake and cumulative defecation after 10 days feeding.The larval conversion rates were compared in terms of feed utilization efficiency,body weight conversion efficiency,dung conversion efficiency and approximate digestibility.The results showed that,the food intake of the 2 rd instar larvae were the highest in pig manure feed base,and the feed utilization rate reached 76.97%.The cumulative feed of the 3 instar larvae were the highest,and the feed utilization rate reached 73.55%.After the mixing of corn stalk and cow dung in different proportions,the second and third instar larvae of Protaetia brevitarsis to the corn stalk∶cow dung=1∶3 about the cumulative food intake,the feed utilization rate,the conversion rate of insect body and the conversion rate of insect feces were all relatively high.On the whole,the digestibility of the 3 rd instar larva was higher than that of the 2 nd instar larva,but the utilization rate and conversion rate were generally lower.It can be concluded that the larvae of P.brevitarsis have good conversion ability to 8 kinds of agricultural organic waste feed.
