精细化护理干预在小儿手足口病护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of application effect of refined nursing intervention in care of pediatric hand-foot-and-mouth disease

目的研究精细化护理干预在小儿手足口病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月—2021年7月本院收治的110例手足口病患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各55例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予精细化护理干预。比较2组患者的护理效果、临床观察指标及患儿家属健康教育知晓率。结果观察组治疗有效率为92.73%,高于对照组的76.36%(t=5.636,P=0.018);观察组临床观察指标皮疹消退时间、体温恢复正常、口腔溃疡愈合时间、住院时间均优于对照组(t=-5.748,P<0.001;t=-6.724,P<0.001;t=-2.752,P=0.007;t=-2.378,P=0.019);干预前,2组患儿家属健康教育知晓率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患儿家属在发病原因、临床症状、传播途径、护理知识、预防措施方面的健康教育知晓率分别为81.82%、87.27%、89.09%、76.36%、83.64%,分别高于对照组的61.82%、67.27%、72.73%、56.36%、63.64%(P均<0.05)。结论精细化护理应用于小儿手足口病中有助于改善临床症状,加快患儿病情恢复进程,提升患儿家属健康教育知晓率,有利于和谐护患关系的建立。

Objective To investigate the application effect of refined nursing intervention in the care of pediatric hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods A total of 110 children with HFMD admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 55 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given refined nursing intervention.The nursing effect,clinical observation indexes,and health education awareness rate of the children’s families of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.73%,which was higher than that of the control group:76.36%(t=5.636,P=0.018).The clinical observation indexes of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(t=-5.748,P<0.001;t=-6.724,P<0.001;t=-2.752,P=0.007;t=-2.378,P=0.019).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the awareness rate of family health education between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the health education awareness rates of the family members of the children in the observation group in terms of pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,transmission routes,nursing knowledge,and preventive measures were 81.82%,87.27%,89.09%,76.36%,and 83.64%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group:61.82%,67.27%,72.73%,56.36%,and 63.64%,respectively(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing to pediatric HFMD can help improve clinical symptoms,accelerate the recovery process,improve the awareness rate of health education of family members,and help establish a harmonious nursing-patient relationship.
