摘要
食物可以通过影响药物的药代动力学和药效学进而影响患者口服药物的疗效。虽然与传统口服抗凝药华法林相比,直接口服抗凝药(DOACs)靶点单一且药物-食物相互作用较少。但是为了保证药物的疗效,降低不良反应发生率,食物对药物的影响仍不可忽视。本文通过综述DOACs,包括Xa因子抑制剂利伐沙班、阿哌沙班、艾多沙班和贝曲沙班及直接凝血酶抑制剂达比加群酯与食物的相互作用,以期引起临床医师和药师的重视。
Food can influence the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs and then affect the efficacy of oral drugs.Compared with the traditional oral anticoagulant warfarin,the DOACs(direct oral anticoagulants)have a single target and fewer drug-food interactions.In order to ensure the efficacy of the drugs and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,the drug-food interactions should not be ignored.This article reviews the interactions of DOACs,including factor Xa inhibitors rivaroxaban,apixaban,edoxaban,betrixaban,and direct thrombin inhibitor dabigatran etexilate,with food,to attract the attention of clinicians and pharmacists.
