静脉腔内激光治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全患者的临床疗效

Clinical effect of endovenous laser therapy on chronic venous insufficiency of lower limbs

目的研究静脉腔内激光治疗(EVLT)对下肢慢性静脉功能不全(CVI)的临床疗效。方法选取安徽省铜陵市人民医院普外科自2017年3月至2018年2月行EVLT的154例下肢CVI患者,统计手术时间、住院时间、手术并发症,以及术前、术后1个月、术后3个月、术后6个月的下肢静脉临床严重程度评分(VCSS)。结果154例患者,手术时间(95.3±44.7)分、住院时间(9.7±3.9)天;最常见并发症为皮肤瘀斑106例;术前、术后不同时间之间VCSS有显著差异(F=771.943,P<0.001)。术后VCSS均较术前为低,并且随着术后时间延长,VCSS均呈逐渐下降趋势;C1~C4组VCSS评分均低于C5~C6组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论EVLT是下肢CVI一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinical effect of endovenous laser therapy(EVLT)on chronic venous insufficiency(CVI)of lower extremities.Method 154 patients with lower extremity CVI who underwent EVLT from March 2017 to February 2018 in the Department of General Surgery of Tongling People’s Hospital of Anhui Province were selected.The operation time,hospitalization time,surgical complications,and thevenous clinical severity score(VCSS)of lower extremity veins before,1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation were counted.Result In 154 patients,the operation time was(95.3±44.7)points and hospitalization time was(9.7±3.9)days.106 patients had skin ecchymosis as the most common complication.There was significant difference in VCSS between preoperative and post-operative time(F=771.943,P<0.001).Postoperative VCSS was lower than preoperative VCSS,and with the prolongation of postoperative time,VCSS showed a gradual downward trend.The VCSS scores of C1-C4 group were lower than those of C5-C6 group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion EVLT is a safe and effective treatment for lower limb CVI.
