摘要
堵漏能有效控制水土流失,在盾构隧道涌水灾害抢险过程中应用广泛。但是在盾构隧道抢险过程中,事故发展阶段差异、地层差异对堵漏影响的研究还不足,堵漏材料的选择尚不明确。文章总结了常见堵漏材料的化学原理和堵漏特性,并根据堵漏过程将堵漏能力的控制因素分为动水固化能力和生成物封堵能力。通过分析动水固化能力、生成物封堵能力与堵漏材料参数之间的联系,得到堵漏材料作用原理。进一步结合盾构隧道中实际抢险情况,考虑事故发展阶段差异将堵漏类型分为“渗流型”与“空洞型”。最后结合堵漏原理分析不同堵漏类型的影响参数,为不同事故发展阶段、不同地层情况选择合适的浆液提供参考。
Plugging can effectively control soil erosion,which is widely used in water inrush accidents in shield tunnel.However,in the process of the rescue,the investigation of the influence of the difference of accident development stage and stratum difference on plugging is still insufficient,and the choice of plugging material is not clear.Firstly,it summarizes the chemical principle and plugging characteristics of common plugging materials.It divides the controlling factors of plugging ability into dynamic water curing ability and sealing ability according to the plugging process.Then,it obtains the action principle of plugging material by analyzing the relationship between dynamic water curing ability,sealing ability of products and plugging material parameters.Further,according to the actual rescue construction in shield tunnel,it divides plugging type into“seepage type”and“cavity type”considering the difference of the development stage of the accident.Finally,it analyzes the influence parameters of different plugging types according to the plugging principle,providing reference for selecting appropriate plugging material in different stages of accident development and different stratum conditions.
