摘要
针对地铁盾构隧道下穿既有江河的施工技术问题,文章依托成都轨道交通9号线盾构隧道下穿锦江工程,采用盾构掘进试验方法,进行了施工技术研究,提出了在盾构隧道穿越砂卵石—泥岩复合地层之前的河堤加固技术和100m试掘进试验,有效保证了河堤的稳固,得到了盾构掘进控制参数、注浆控制参数,并在穿越施工过程中针对盾构机掘进问题,通过控制注浆、掘进尺寸及角度等措施,防止管片上浮、结泥饼等危害。本工程顺利穿越锦江,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
To address the construction technology issues of subway shield tunnel passing under an existing river,the shield tunnel project of Chengdu Metro Line 9 underneath Jinjiang River was taken as an example.Based on the shield tunnel excavation test,the construction technology was studied,the river embankment reinforcement technology was proposed before a shield tunnel passes through sand pebble-mudstone composite stratum,resulting in effectively maintaining the river bank stability.Furthermore,the shield driving control parameters and grouting control parameters are obtained.During the construction process of passing under the Jinjiang River,the measures of controlling grouting,shield tunneling dimensions and angles,etc.have been taken to prevent the damage of the tunnel floating,filter cake,etc.The project successfully passed under the Jinjiang River,providing references for similar projects.
