摘要
文章依托蒙华铁路工程,对沿线双线黄土隧道和双线一般隧道在施工过程中的拱顶下沉和周边收敛变形监测数据进行统计分析,研究双线黄土隧道在Ⅳ级、V级围岩条件下以及双线一般隧道在Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级围岩条件下的变形最大值和变形速率最大值随埋深、含水量的变化规律。基于监测数据的统计分析,建议Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级围岩条件下双线黄土隧道施工变形预留量的取值分别为70~90 mm、120-150 mm,Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级围岩条件下一般双线隧道施工变形预留量的取值分别为30~50 mm、50~80 mm、80~100 mm。
Based on the Megnhua railway project,the monitored deformation data of crown settlement and horizontal convergence of double track loess tunnels and general double track tunnels during the construction process are statistically analyzed.The variation laws of the maximum deformation value and the maximum deformation rate along with buried depth,water content are analyzed for double track loess tunnels in surrounding rocks of grade IV,V and general double track tunnels in surrounding rocks of gradeⅢ,Ⅳand V.Based on the statistical analysis of monitoring data,the reserved deformation values of double track loess tunnel are suggested,namely 70-90 mm and 120-150 mm respectively under the condition of surrounding rocks of classⅣ,V.As for general double track tunnels,the suggested reserved deformation values are 30-50 mm,50-80 mm and 80-100 mm respectively for classⅢ,ⅣandⅤsurrounding rock.
