臭氧催化氧化技术高效处理三元锂电行业P507废水研究 被引量:1

Efficient treatment of P507 wastewater from ternary lithium battery industry by ozone catalytic oxidation technology

摘要 三元锂电行业P507废水主要为含油废水。采用臭氧催化氧化技术处理含油模拟废水、实际废水,对比分析了污染物去除性能。讨论了臭氧催化氧化对油类的降解机理,并依据实际项目进行投资成本和运行成本估算,进行经济性分析。结果表明,采用臭氧催化氧化技术处理模拟废水的COD、TOC、总油的去除率分别为71%、95.9%和99.9%,处理实际废水COD、TOC、总油的去除率分别为75%、75.2%和93.5%;油类降解过程中,醛类物质是主要的反应中间体,过程中还会生成小分子酮、酯、羧酸等物质;臭氧催化氧化技术处理P507废水投资成本和运行成本均低于树脂吸附技术。 P507 wastewater from the ternary lithium battery industry contains oil.Among many wastewater treatment technologies,the ozone catalytic oxidation technology has many advantages such as low equipment investment,low operating costs,and high treatment efficiency.Therefore,the ozone catalytic oxidation technology is employed to treat with simulated oily wastewater and actual P507 wastewater,and the pollutant removal performance is compared and analyzed.The degradation mechanism of oil by ozone catalytic oxidation is explored,the investment cost and operation cost are estimated based on actual project,and the economic analysis is performed.It is shown that the removal rates of COD,TOC and total oil from the simulated wastewater treated by ozone catalytic oxidation technology are 71%,95.9%and 99.9%respectively,and the removal rates of COD,TOC and total oil from actual wastewater treated by ozone catalytic oxidation technology are 75%,75.2%and 93.5%,respectively.Aldehydes are the main reaction intermediates in the process of oil degradation,and small molecules of ketones,esters and carboxylic acid and other substances are also generated in the degradation process.The investment cost and operation cost of ozone catalytic oxidation technology for treating P507 wastewater are lower than that of resin adsorption technology.
