摘要
研究了生物过滤塔处理挥发性有机物,考察了反应器启动及实际运行效果。结果表明,采用活性污泥接种,约30 d完成挂膜驯化。在稳定运行期间,进气质量负荷最高至120 g/(m3·h),其中负荷在90 g/(m3·h)以下时甲苯去除率稳定在50.2%以上,去除负荷最高时达到67.4 g/(m3·h)。不同负荷下各高度区的填料对污染物去除的效率不同,生物塔停运1周,重新恢复大约需要10 d时间,恢复效率与温度有关。
The treatment of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)through bio-trickling filter(BTF)tower is studied.BTF’s start-up and physical running effect are investigated.It is shown that a high efficiency bacteria membrane can be acclimated in thirty days if activated sludge is used for inoculation.During steady operation period,the inlet gas loading speed can be up to 120 g/(m3·h).The removal rate can remain above 50.2%when the inlet gas loading speed under 90 g/(m3·h).The highest removal rate of toluene can be achieved when the inlet gas loading speed is 67.4 g/(m3·h).Under different inlet gas loading speeds,the removal effect varies at different fillings height.It need to spend ten days for the membrane to recover filtration capacity if BTF stops running for one week.The restoration performance has relation to temperature.
