基于工程类比技术的精密仪器振动影响预测方法在线路方案研究阶段的应用

摘要 为在地铁线路方案研究阶段快速评估待建线路地铁环境振动对精密仪器的大致影响,文章选取深圳地铁7号线二期工程邻近的深大总医院和中科院深圳先进院布置的精密仪器为研究对象,结合类似工点大量实测和仿真数据,采用工程类比技术,在类比参数相似地段精密仪器敏感点开展振动测试,对比不同线站位方案对精密仪器的振动影响。这种方法不同于传统的数值仿真分析法,解决传统方法需要较长时间和准确参数才能得到较精确的计算结果的问题,为线站位方案的确定提供有力支持。 To quickly evaluate the approximate impact of the vibrations from the under-construction metro environment on precision instruments in the research stage of the route scheme,this article selects the precision instruments deployed at Shenzhen University General Hospital and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology,which are adjacent to the construction site of the Shenzhen metro line 7 phase 2 project,as the research object.By combining a large number of measured and simulated data from similar work sites,the article uses engineering analogy technology to conduct vibration testing on sensitive points of precision instruments in similar parameter sections.The article compares the vibration impact of different line station plans on precision instruments.This method is different from the traditional numerical simulation analysis method.It solves the problem that traditional methods require an extended period of time and accurate parameters to obtain accurate results,and provides strong support for the stability of line alignment and station location plans.
