金融生态环境对城乡居民收入的影响研究——基于空间杜宾模型的溢出效应分析

Financial Ecological Environment and Income of Urban and Rural Residents——Spillover effect analysis based on spatial dubin model

良好的金融生态环境有利于金融体系的完善、经济的高质量发展和居民收入水平的提高。本文基于2011—2019年我国省级面板数据,从经济基础、金融发展、人文社会、政府治理四个维度构建金融生态环境评价指标体系,分析区域金融生态环境发展水平。同时基于地域间联系更为紧密这一背景,构建空间杜宾模型,深入探讨金融生态环境对城镇居民收入、农村居民收入的影响。研究表明,各地区金融生态环境水平表现为显著正空间相关性,总体上各省域间存在空间集聚性与依赖性,局部上反映为高高空间聚集和低低空间聚集。实证结果显示,金融生态环境不仅促进了本地区城镇居民收入的提高,同时也提升了邻近地区城镇居民收入水平;但金融生态环境对农村居民收入的溢出效应不明显。

A good financial ecological environment is conducive to the perfection of the financial system,the highquality development of economy and the improvement of residents’income level.Based on the 31 provincial panel data from 2011 to 2019,the paper constructs the financial ecological environment evaluation index system from the four dimensions of economic foundation,financial development,humanities and society,and government governance,to analyze the development level of regional financial ecological environment.At the same time,based on the background of closer inter-regional connection,the spatial Dubin model is constructed to deeply explore the impact of financial ecological environment on urban residents’income and rural residents’income.The results show that the level of financial ecological environment in each region shows a significant positive spatial correlation.On the whole,there is spatial agglomeration and dependence among provinces,which are locally reflected as high spatial aggregation and low spatial aggregation.The empirical results show that the financial ecological environment not only improves the income of urban residents in this region,but also improves the income level of urban residents in neighboring areas.However,the spillover effect of financial ecological environment on rural residents’income is not obvious.The research conclusion has certain guiding significance to understand the actual value of financial ecological environment,promote the development of financial ecological environment and improve the income of urban and rural residents.
