单级退火温度对高纯铝箔微观组织和力学性能的影响

Effects of Single Stage Annealing Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of High Purity Aluminum Foil

摘要 利用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术,研究了单级退火温度425、450、475、500℃(保温时间为15 h)对高纯铝箔微观组织和力学性能的影响,重点分析了铝箔成品退火后立方织构含量、晶粒取向、晶粒尺寸及取向差分布规律。结果表明,4种退火工艺下,高纯铝箔的微观组织全部为立方取向晶粒,立方织构强度均达到98%以上,取向差方向均偏向低取向差角方向;铝箔的平均晶粒尺寸在70~95μm之间,并且晶粒度区间在60~200μm的晶粒占比可达到50%,抗拉强度可达28~31 MPa,断裂方式均为解理断裂。 The effects of single stage annealing temperature 425 ℃、450 ℃、475 ℃、500 ℃(holding time of 15 h) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high purity aluminum foil were investigated by EBSD technique, and the cubic texture content, grain orientation, grain size and orientation difference distribution of aluminum foil after annealing were analyzed emphatically. The results show that the microstructure of high purity aluminum foil under four annealing processes is all cubic oriented grains with the strength of cubic texture over 98%, and the misorientation direction tends to the direction of low misorientation angle. In addition, the average grain size of aluminum foil reaches 70~95 μm, and the proportion of grains in the range of 60~200 μm reaches 50%, where the tensile strength can reach 28~31 MPa, and the fracture mode is characterized by cleavage fracture.
