摘要
通过引入第二相制备非晶基复合材料是提高其室温塑性的有效手段之一。简要介绍了非晶合金及其变形特性,综述了非晶基复合材料的制备及其力学性能方面的研究进展,包括外加颗粒/纤维增强、原位自生相增强体系以及Zr基、Ti基和Mg基体系等。此外,介绍了部分特殊增强相与原位自生制备工艺的最新进展,包括多孔颗粒、形状记忆相、金属熔体中的脱合金法和选择性相溶解法等,同时详细阐述上述材料的微观结构、力学性能及其组织性能优化手段,并对未来的发展趋势进行展望。
Inducing secondary phase is one of effective means to improve the room temperature plasticity of amorphous alloy matrix composites. The amorphous alloys and their deformation characteristics were reviewed, and the fabrication process as well as mechanical properties of amorphous alloy matrix composites were summarized, including ex-situ particle/fiber reinforced, in-situ precipitated phase reinforced systems and Zr-based, Ti-based and Mg-based alloy systems. In addition, the latest developments on reinforcing phases and their fabrication process were introduced, including porous particles, shape memory phase, dealloying reaction in metallic melt, selective phase leaching process. Moreover, the microstructure, mechanical properties and optimization technologies of the above composites were expounded in detail, and the prospect was pointed out.
