数字经济发展与区域创新产出——来自国家数字经济创新发展试验区的准自然实验

以国家数字经济创新发展试验区设立为准自然事件,研究数字经济发展对区域创新产出的影响效应和内在机理。结果显示:数字经济发展的推广正面影响区域创新产出。机理分析发现,数字经济发展主要通过产业结构优化升级和缓解融资约束等渠道促进区域创新产出。异质性因素分析结果显示,当区域处于沿海地区时,数字经济发展对区域创新产出的促进效应更加明显。研究结论为数字经济发展的政策推广和区域创新能力提升提供了启示。

Taking the establishment of the National Digital Economy Innovation and Development Pilot Zone as a quasi natural event,this paper studies the effect and internal mechanism of digital economy development on regional innovation output.The results show that the promotion of digital economy development has a positive impact on regional innovation output.Mechanism analysis found that the development of the digital economy mainly promotes regional innovation output through channels such as optimizing and upgrading industrial structure and alleviating financing constraints.The analysis of heterogeneity factors shows that when a region is located in coastal areas,the promotion effect of digital economy development on regional innovation output is more significant.The research conclusion provides inspiration for the policy promotion of digital economy development and the improvement of regional innovation capabilities.
