经济新常态下用地困境、供应链网络与台资企业转型升级——基于453家企业样本的调研

Land Use Dilemma,Supply Chain and the Transformation and Upgrading of Taiwan Enterprises under the “New Normal” of China’s Economy——Based on a Sample Survey of 453 Enterprises

台资企业的转型升级是政府和台资企业共同关心的话题,但影响台资企业转型升级的显著现实因素目前并没有被厘清。本文研究了企业用地困境、供应链网络、产业类型和台资企业转型升级之间的理论机理,并基于453家台资企业调研数据,讨论了不同产业类型的台资企业在面临用地困境时的策略选择,同时也在微观上检验了供应链网络对台资企业转型升级的影响。结果表明,无论是传统制造业,还是高新技术产业或服务业,只要面临用地困境,都有明显的转型升级意愿;位于台商聚集区的台资企业,由于处在相对稳定的供应链网络中,则倾向于持观望态度。研究结论对政府"促改革""调结构",培育台资企业的转型升级具有实践指导意义。

The transformation and upgrading of Taiwan enterprises is a topic of common concern for both the mainland government and Taiwan enterprises,but the significant realistic factors that affect their transformation and upgrading has still not been clarified.This paper makes a careful study of the enterprises’land use dilemma,supply chain network,industrial type and the theoretical mechanism of Taiwan enterprises in transformation and upgrading.On the other hand,based on the survey data from 453 Taiwan enterprises,the paper also discusses the policy choice the enterprises in different industrial types are faced with in land use dilemma,and at the same time,micro-examines the influence of supply chain network on their transformation and upgrading.The findings show that they obviously all wish for transformation and upgrading whether in traditional manufacturing industry,high-tech industry or service industry when confronting land use dilemma.However,the enterprises in the gathering area of Taiwan businessmen tend to take a wait-and-see attitude as they are in a relatively stable supply chain.This conclusion will prove to be of practical significance to the mainland government in its"promote reform","adjust structure"and cultivation of Taiwan enterprises’transformation and upgrading.
