摘要
目的针对维持性血液透析患者而言,检测其血钙、PTH、磷水平等指标的价值。方法选取2021年1月-2021年12月在我院行维持性血液透析治疗的患者62例,依据不同的治疗方式实施分组,血液透析患者(CHD)20例、高通量血液透析患者(HFHD)20例、血液透析滤过患者(HDF)22例。比对不同维持性血液透析方式患者在透析前和透析后12周的s Ca(血钙)、PTH(甲状旁腺激素)、s PHOS(磷)等指标水平。结果CHD患者在透析后s Ca、PTH水平较透析前高,s PHOS水平较透析前低(p<0.05);HFHD患者在透析后s Ca水平较透析前高,PTH、s PHOS水平较透析前低(p<0.05);HDF患者在透析后s Ca水平较透析前高,PTH、s PHOS水平较透析前低(p<0.05)。结论CHD血液透析方法不能良好的清除患者机体中PTH,HFHD、HDF血液透析方法可以弥补CHD方法不足,针对维持性血液透析患者检测s Ca、PTH、s PHOS指标水平,在临床治疗和预防并发症中具有较高的价值,合理选取检测方法、拟定合理透析计划,从而实现精确的治疗效果。
Objective:To evaluate the value of serum calcium,PTH and phosphorus levels in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2021,62 maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected from the dialysis center of the hospital,and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods:20 patients with hemodialysis(CHD),20 patients with high-throughput hemodialysis(HFHD),and 22 patients with hemodialysis filtration(HDF).The levels of sCa(blood calcium),PTH(parathyroid hormone),sPHOS(phosphorus)and other indicators in patients with different maintenance hemodialysis methods were compared before dialysis and 12 weeks after dialysis.Results:The levels of sCa and PTH in CHD patients after dialysis were higher than those before dialysis,while the levels of sPHOS were lower than those before dialysis(P<0.05).The levels of sCa and PTH and sPHOS in HFHD patients after dialysis were higher than those before dialysis(P<0.05).The levels of sCa and PTH and sPHOS in HDF patients after dialysis were higher than those before dialysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:CHD hemodialysis cannot clear PTH well in patients,while HFHD and HDF hemodialysis can make up for the deficiency of CHD method.The detection of sCa,PTH and sPHOS index levels in maintenance hemodialysis patients is of high value in clinical treatment and prevention of complications.Reasonable selection of detection methods and formulation of reasonable dialysis plan to achieve accurate therapeutic effect.
