个性化饮食护理对尿毒症血液透析患者血液指标及肾功能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Individualized Diet Nursing on Blood Indexes and Renal Function of Uremic Hemodialysis Patients

摘要 目的探讨个性化饮食护理对尿毒症血液透析患者血液指标及肾功能的影响。方法以随机数表法将我院2018年7月-2021年7月收治的75例尿毒症血液透析患者分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=37)。对照组采用常规饮食指导,观察组在此基础上加用个性化饮食护理。比较两组护理前后凝血指标[凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)]及肾功能指标[血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)]。结果与护理前比较,两组护理后APTT、TT上升且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与护理前比较,两组护理后SCr、BUN下降且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化饮食护理干预尿毒症血液透析患者,可以改善凝血指标,有利于其肾功能恢复,临床价值较高。 Objective:To explore the influence of individualized diet nursing on blood indexes and renal function of uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods:75 uremic hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from July2018 to July 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(n=38)and control group(n=37).The control group was given routine diet guidance,and the observation group was given personalized diet nursing on the basis of it.Coagulation indexes[APTT,TT)]and renal function indexes[SCr,BUN)]were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:Compared with before nursing,APTT and TT of the two groups increased after nursing,and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,SCr and BUN in the two groups decreased after nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized diet nursing intervention for uremic hemodialysis patients can improve coagulation indexes,which is beneficial to the recovery of renal function and has high clinical value.
