血液灌流联合骨化三醇胶丸对尿毒症患者血清IL-6、IL-1β水平的影响

Effect of Hemoperfusion Combined with Calcitriol Pills on Serum IL-6 and IL-1β Levels in Uremia Patients

目的探讨血液灌流联合骨化三醇胶丸对尿毒症患者血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素1(IL-1β)水平的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年6月收治的60例尿毒症患者,将其随机分为A组30例、B组30例,A组常规血液灌流治疗,B组在A组基础上给予骨化三醇胶丸,对比两组患者血清IL-6、IL-1β水平等的变化。结果B组治疗后血清IL-6、IL-1β和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与A组比较明显下降,有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗后血清骨保护素、血清甲状旁腺激素、血钙、血磷与A组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合骨化三醇胶丸能有效改善尿毒症患者的微炎症状态、肾功能情况和纠正骨代谢、血钙、血磷异常。

Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of hemoperfusion combined with calcitriol pills on levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1(IL-1β)in uremia patients.Methods 60 uremia patients who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into group A(30 cases)and group B(30 cases).Group A was treated with routine hemoperfusion,while group B was given calcitriol pills on the basis of group A.The changes in levels of serum IL-6 and IL-1βwere compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,serum IL-6,IL-1βand high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in group B were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in serum osteoprotegerin,serum parathyroid hormone,serum calcium and serum phosphorus between group B and group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with calcitriol pills can effectively improve micro-inflammation status and renal function of uremia patients,correct bone metabolism,serum calcium and serum phosphorus abnormalities.
