对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者营养护理干预的临床效果及其身心状态的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Nutritional Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Nephropathy Hemodialysis Patients and its Influence on the Physical and Psycological Status of Patients

摘要 目的探讨对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者营养护理干预的临床效果及对其身心状态的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月我院收治的56例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各28例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组在此基础上增加营养护理干预,对比两组患者的护理满意度,生活质量评分,并发症发生率情况,使用焦虑自评量表比较两组患者的心理状况,对联合护理干预的应用价值予以客观评价。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组;观察组的抑郁与焦虑情况少于对照组,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者实施营养护理干预可有效降低并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量,使患者保持健康、积极的心态,从而有利于提升患者的身心状态。 Objective This paper aims to analyze the clinical effect of nutritional nursing intervention on diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing hemodialysis and its influence on their physical and psycological status.Methods 56 patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,28 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nutrition nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life and complication rate of the two groups were compared.The psychological status of the two groups was compared by using self rating anxiety scale,and the application value of the combined nursing intervention was objectively evaluated.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the life quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the depression and anxiety of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional nursing intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the life quality of patients,maintain a healthy and positive attitude,which is conducive to the improvement of the physical and psychological status of patients.
