知识场视角下个人知识管理对技术创新的影响——以X企业为例

The Impact of Personal Knowledge Management on Technical Innovation from the Perspective of Ba——Taking X Enterprise as an Example

[目的/意义]企业技术创新是企业与时俱进的关键,选取个体层面,从知识场视角研究知识管理如何影响技术创新,旨在突破以往从组织层面进行研究存在的局限性。[方法/过程]采用个案分析的方法,以知识场的3个阶段——实习场、主题知识社区和社会知识网络为逻辑基础,构建个人知识管理对技术创新影响的研究框架,并研究此过程如何影响突破性技术创新和渐进性技术创新。[结果/结论]结果表明个人知识是组织技术创新的内核和基础,通过知识积累、知识辐射、知识共享以及知识应用所形成良性的个人知识管理循环能够有效促进技术创新。

[Purpose/Significance]Enterprise technical innovation is the key for enterprise to keep pace with the times.This paper selects the individual level to study how knowledge management affects technical innovation from the perspective of Ba,and aims to break through the previous research limitations from the organizational level.[Method/Process]This paper adopted the method of case analysis to construct the research framework of the impact of personal knowledge management on technical innovation based on the three stages of Ba--practice field,thematic knowledge community and social knowledge network,and discussed how this process affected breakthrough technical innovation and incremental technical innovation.[Result/Conclusion]The results indicate that personal knowledge is the core and foundation of organizational technological innovation.And forming a benign personal knowledge management cycle by knowledge accumulation,knowledge radiation,knowledge sharing and knowledge application can effectively promote technical innovation.
